It's easy to reproduce this bug ...
Use corpus as insert and set tuning to your liking, switch it of, and then on again.. The tuning will get lost ...

There is a bug that make Corpus use another resonator when switched ON and OFF:

Wouldn't be what you experience? I'm thinking, maybe that bug can lead to think it's a pitch difference? Or is it really a pitch difference you're experiencing? In this case, I can't reproduce it that easily.
