[4894] Looper buffer not empty after a save and reload

when you clear a looper and reload the set, the audio has magically re-appeared in your looper.

This is a problem for when i'm loading up a template set that has loopers in it... because the loopers already have audio info.

Is this a bug or a bad decision? or neither?
