just need some advice

i own live 6

obviously keen to buy 8

i can afford to upgrade to 7 now (us119)

should i do this?

anyone know what the price diff will be between 6 - 8, or between 7 - 8?

will it be the same?

do 7 users get it cheaper than 6 users?
or will i get 8 free if i upgrade to 7 now?

According to that chart...

if I own Live 7 now, and I want to upgrade to the suite 8 box...

and I do it before Live 8's release, it's a two step that costs me $483.

But if I wait until after the release of Live 8, then I pay $419.

Um.

Am I missing something here, or not reading that chart right?

Why would anyone pay more, ahead of time...?

Right there.

Your cheapest two stop upgrade total is $483.

And all I meant was, that you start the process of upgrading before the release of live 8. In the two step program. Which costs more than if I just wait until Live 8 is released and do a direct upgrade in a single step.
