[dbu] Library Piano layers not crossfaded

I noticed first by hearing something was weird and then doing Simpler -->> Sampler that the three layers MP/MF/F are velocity switching, shouldn't they have fade zones? Makes for a more realistic touch.

not so sure. i checked the 'reason pianos' patches, and they don't crossfade. i would guess that crossfading might lead to phasing issues and some strange sounding doubled notes, but i'm no expert... it'd be interesting to know how some of the top shelf instruments - like garritan's steinway - handle this issue. (imo another level of realism with sampled instruments is they should be monophonic-per-note, but that's a different subject).

I've found crossfading layers to be very tricky business
