Difference between download and boxed?

Anything included with the boxed version that would make it worth the extra upgrade cost?

Also, any idea when it would actually ship?

If you order the box you get the instant download- so no waiting + a nice box/manual and CD.

+ if you ever need to sell it (god fobid) its easier to sell a boxed product!
