[awi] L8b13/14 : instruments/content asks to reauthorize

...after restarting the computer.

I already got an automatic mail saying I had reached my limit..
while in reality L8 is installed only on 1 machine !!
I had already replied to unlock@ableton about this.
I will not be able to install and test the next beta version (15)
unless it's fixed and my autorization counter zeroed.
