[dbu] 8b16: preset "Mallets-African Bars" is almost silent

The Operator preset "Mallets-African Bars" has its low-pass filter set to 24db slope and 30Hz cutoff, with a filter envelope sensitivity of 0%, so it is almost inaudible.
