[jab] Instant Mappings missing from Operator 8.0b16

I've noticed some parameters that could be adjusted in Operator by Instant mappings in Live 7.0.14 aren't available in 8.0b16. They are as follows:

In Operators A-B-C-D (Banks 1 through 4):

Level<Velocity
Level

In LFO (Bank 5)

LFO Modulation

I'm using a Novation RemoteSL and the default Live map if that affects the situation.

You should find this to be fixed
in the current beta (b21).
