[5153] 8b17 - Groove Commit button GUI bug

Just a really small bug, but if the Clip Groove drop down menu says "None" then the Commit button is greyed out - which is correct. But I can still click on the Commit button and the GUI displays the Commit button as pressed, which it shouldn't. It should stay grey and "unpressable" just like, for example, the Envelope loop button does when Envelope Region/Loop is linked.

This should fixed with the most recent beta, Live 8.0b20.
