All controls menus +more greyed out (b19)

b19 opened but all the menu items were unavailable (except preferences IIRC)
Lives title bar (the one which says 'recording events' or similar) was also greyed out, leaving the Close, Minimize, and Maximize buttons unavailable.
CMD+Q would not work, and clicking anywhere in Live's GUI would not re-select Live or un-grey the items.
Finally i used CMD+Tab to focus on another app and again to bring focus to Live.
This re-animated all controls.
This was my 2nd time to open b19
