When moving a crossfade handle while playing, a zipper noise appears in crossfaded areas of audio tracks, or the volume information is ignored in those areas.

The fact that the first of the two clip can become silent while editing the crossfade while the crossfade is played back should be fixed in beta 25. It is possible that some noise is audible while editing a playing Crossfade, but that's nothing easy to fix and we'll have to live with that for now. It is on our list of course.
