I´m contemplating getting Toontrack Superior drums 2.0 to use with Ableton live.
Superior doesn´t come with an integrated midi player, but instead includes a standalone midi player, called EZplayerpro.
Now, let´s say I decide it clutters my workspace too much to have the GUIs from both Superior and EZplayerpro open at the same time.
And let´s say I separate the midi files from EZplayer pro and put them to be available in my Ableton Live browser instead.
Can I then run Superior by just clicking on those midi files directly from my Live browser? Anybody tried this?
Thanks

Re: Toontrack Superior midi files and Live
ok i dont use the superior drum program but i do use 2 of there tools drumtracker and ezplayer pro and have used them with live. I put it on a track and route it to battery instead and it works fine. You can also drag midi files right from ezplayer to live as midi clips.
The second question is no the files from ezplayer do not show up in the browser under the folder only in ezplayer.
