Can't open Live packs

Hey.

I have a problem with installing the Live packs. Even when I try to unlock the packs Live keep telling me that the licens is missing.
Is there something here I need to download before I can install the packs?

please make sure to unlock any add-on products with the respective serial numbers when you install a live pack for it.

which packs are you trying to install? what is listed in your authorizations/trial preferences panel?
