Master tempo

Post by Late Night Freak » Fri Apr 17, 2009 12:09 pm

When i dj with live i want to be able to increase the master tempo with a little bit each time. What i do now is click on the master tempo value and press the arrow up.

Now i wanted to assign 2 keys to it so i don't have to select the master tempo first, but that doesn't seem to work. It switches between the fastest and the slowest tempo.

So what i actually want is assign a button to get the pitch up like 1 bpm, and another to get it down 1 bpm. Is this possible and how?

Pretty sure you can only do that with a single control for each field so I guess the answer is no, not using two buttons. If you have a midi controller you could do it with two knobs or faders (Course and fine) and set their upper and lower limits so it works like a turntable pitch control.
