:: audio dropouts when arming track for recording ::

Post by ulidjan » Mon Aug 02, 2004 6:41 pm

i experience audiodropouts (live takes a half a second break) when i arm a track for recording.
this does not happen all the time but often enough....

anyone else with the same experience?

btw: with live 3 i had the same problem when i was moving a send knob
to send a part of the signal into delay and autofilter return slot. this bug
seems to be away in live 4......

yeah I've had the same dropouts when arming tracks and when dropping vst/vstis on tracks :? No cpu-overloads, just dropouts.

My system is generally a bit unstable, though, so I can't really confirm until I've formatted my laptop...

thanks, andreas!

it´s good to hear i´am not alone...
i do a lot of livesampling during concerts.

so this is rather a big problem.

hopefully the ableton´s can fix it!

you're not alone.
Strange thing is I'm using the latest powerbooks with Motu 828mk2.
