What you could do with TWO laptops!!!!

This would be an awesome setup if both PowerBooks or PC laptops were running LIVE 4!!!

* One is loading the next song while the other is playing

* You could MIDI sync um together so they stay in time with each other

* At the end of a song on Computer #1 you could have a MIDI CC sent to Computer #2 that starts the next song

* A measure into the song on Computer #2 you could send a MIDI CC message to Computer #1 telling it to STOP

* Then you could start loading the next song on Computer #1

* And it would look cool as hell!!!!

i was planning to buy a second one and dedicate it only to virtual instruments, but having a second live open is a great idea, too..

anyway, 2 powerbooks look awesome!

Hi,
I make some live act with my friend from one year now, without midi syncro.
is :One start the session and the second follows and the syncro is just one question of sound syncro (like a dj put 2 records syncro for mixing). That's work fine....after you have join with the same tempo, the speed dont move and the advantage to midi is : No midi crap, and you are free to stop and start your sequence

or you could get a cheap one to send midi to hardware.
And a powerfull one to use Live like it was meant to use.
Loads of possibility's. Probably gonna need an extra licence for that though...
