Where is 8.0.3 Library? Help, please

I upgraded from Live 7.x to 8.0.3: there is no new Library. Am I to assume you don't get the new 8.x Library unless I pay for the Suite, and I have to use the old 7.x Library?

Live7: c:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Dokuments\Ableton\Library
Live8: c:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Dokuments\Ableton\Live8Library

Open the preferences and then the library tab, there you'll find the location of your library.
MBP 10.8.2, MBox2Pro, Live8Suite, PT8, SL1210MK2, MPD32, Launchpad, Oxygen8v2, etc....
