Using my update to live 8 and my previous version.

Post by SamPull » Mon May 25, 2009 12:37 am

For some reason I cannot find an answer for qhat i'm sure is a frequent question...
So, sorry for the basic question but i really need an answer:

Can i run my update of live 8 in my laptop and my older update of live 7 on my desktop at the same time? Does my license allow this?

thanks in advance.

No.

As I recently found out, all licenses are linked, so you are not supposed to run Live simultaneously on 2 computers. Your Live 7 license is treated the same as if it were a Live 8 license. If you tried to sell your Live 7 license, you would also relinquish your Live 8 license.

You are allowed to store Live on 2 computers, but you are not supposed to run both at once.
