The video is Public Domain, doesn't matter what I use it for. I am not trying to claim credit for the animation, and there's no way I expect have any profit or gain from using it. I always just enjoy using creative commons and public domain videos to accompany the music that I create.

Haha, I enjoyed that video way too much, and the song was killer! It has a good sense of "I'm gonna do whatever I want and you're gonna like it," which is an excellent attribute for a groovy tune like that. Nicely done!
