Since upgrading to Live 4, clip update rate doesn't seem to apply when changing the loop inside a longer sample. If I change the loop length or position in version 3 while the sound is playing, the sound only changes at the start of the next bar, as it should because clip update rate is set to bar. Now in version 4 changes in the loop settings have an immediate effect, causing jumps in the sound. The other controls in the clip view (pitch for example) still wait for the next bar. This can't be normal can it? I've checked this in OS9 and OSX : under both systems Live 3 behaves as expected, while Live 4 doesn't.
Does anyone experience similar problems or am I overlooking something?
