Suite 8.0.4 half the size of original release?

Suite 8.0.4 half the size of original release?

I just realized I had never updated my copy of Suite 8, so I just did. I noticed that my original DMG file (OSX) is 1.5gb and the new one is about 700mb. Is this normal? I just want to make sure I'm not losing anything from within the program. I know everything installs to other locations. Thanks!
