Terrible MIDI problem

Well, since I was looking for some support in the Support forum and was unsuccessful, I figured I'd try this forum. I don't know if this has been discussed before (couldn't find any posts) but I'm having trouble with Live 8.0.4 and MIDI lock-ups. I currently have the following MIDI setup: Roland SPD-20 -> NI Kore Controller -> Live 8.0.4 -> Battery 3. After a few minutes of playing, Live sporadically plays only some of the notes I'm actually playing (maybe like 1 in 10). The only way for me to fix this is to restart Live. VERY annoying!! I've ruled out the Kore controller and Battery 3 as I can play all day by w/o missing a note with Battery 3 in standalone. Is this a common Live bug? And if it is, could you please fix this Ableton? How can I even think about playing a live gig with these kind of issues? Thanks!

I can't find a support request regarding your problem.
A poll or discussions on the forum might help you to identify if you're doing something wrong, but it will not solve technical problems.
