Hello,
Now I know this topic has come up a million times because I did take the time to search. I have a complete project and I want t share it. I can not figure out how to convert Ablenton files into mp3. What programs work? I know that you can export the audio as wav or aiff. The problem I am having is that the file I export into wav or aiff can not be played, or converted in anyway. I can't find a program that works, I even tried LAME but was not able to get it to work. Can someone please help me out despite the fact that this is an incredibly popular problem?
Thanks everyone for there time,
-Greg

I'm assuming that you want to turn our Wav master track from live into an MP3? I'm still dabbling & learning Live myself, but anyway, what you can do is just look for the master file that you have exported from live & bring it up in Itunes, then you just "convert to Mp3" I was having a kind of similar problem in that I could not work out why reason would not play my live frozen/rendered track, It turned out to be that reason does not accept 32bit files, but I think Itunes can, if not just render your wave to 24 or 16 bit first.
