HELP! Syncing Live to my DJ set via DDM4000

I am trying to sync ableton live to my dj set via the midi clock output from the Behringer DDM4000. I am able to see the midi clock signal from the mixer in Ableton however only in whole #'s? If the BPM counters on the mixer (which is supposed to be the midiclock output) say 125.6 BPM the midi clock appears in live as 126 BPM. If the BPM counters say 125.3 on the mixer it rounds down to 125 in live. This causes things to be out of sync after a few bars. I am trying to determine if the rounding of the clock signal is happening in the DDM400 or in Ableton live. I also have a query in to Behringer.

Has anyone synced live to an external midi clock singal and had it lock on (not just in whole #'s) but in the true tempo?

Try posting this on the ALDJ forums. Few of us on there with a DDM4000. Not tried it myself though on mine.
