Any Small Voice Box Devices

Im on the hunt for a small voice box thing that will fit into something like a dust mask...

Basically i want to alter the sound of my voice as i talk...ill probaly need some sort of mini speaker there as well i would imagine. Does anyone have any ideas i could look into using?
