APC 40 - Software

Hey guys, I have some questions that I need clarified.

I was wondering if anyone knows if you can upgrade the standard software disc you get with the APC 40 to Live 8 or Suite etc.

also,

I was on a forum somewhere and someone said that it comes with a unlock/discount card?

If anyone could help clarify any of this it would be much appreciated, thanks

I believe that if you install the version of Live that comes with the APC40 and register it, you can then log into your account at ableton.com and it will give you prices to upgrade your current version to various others.

Install the version from the CD, start live and choose, Get live Lite to Full Version Upgrade. From the drop down menu under Help.
