controlling external drum machine

Hello,
I have been trying to figure out how to control my JoMoX drum machine as a slave device in Live 7. I am able to set it up okay with Ableton as Master and the JoMoX as slave so when I press play in Live the drum machine starts and stops fine, however. I cannot figure out how to make it change from pattern 1 to pattern 2 / 3 / 4 /... / 64.

The only information on the JoMoX web site is this:

XBASE 888 : Pattern selection by Midi Prog Change
Midi Prog Change selection with CC32 low bank sel 0/1 = Preset selection 000..127 or 128..255
CC32 banksel high>=8 = Pattern selection 00..63

What I would like to accomplish is the ability to change patterns via midi clips in Live...?!!

Hi cjhpdx,

every midi clip in Live can send a program change. You can find the settings for that in the clip view, in the notes box (bank/sub-bank/program).
check the Live manual for bank/program change!
