Waves GTR Solo crashing with Live 8

I recently got the free 1 year license for Waves Solo, it crashes Live 8 if I try to load it. Live 7 Lite works fine with it.

I know that their website makes no mention of supporting Live 8, but I just wanted to double check with the forum...

Some more info:

I am using this version of waves solo:
WaveShell-VST 6.0.7.dll

Does anybody know of any incompatibilities with this version and Live 8.0.4?
