Drums not mapping correctly

Post by Suede Subway » Mon Jul 27, 2009 2:07 pm

Hi

I purchased Session Drums and installed the packs without any problems. They do seem to play OK.

However, there does seem to be a glitch when loading them up.

If I drop a sample into "C1" for example, it actually "triggers" when I hit the note "E1". Others are more random than that. Obviously, once I've worked out where the various things are, it's not so much of a problem, but it's not exactly helping making playing a sequence thru the keys very effective.

I checked my keyboard to make sure I haven't accidentally shifted the tuning and it's correct.

Is there a way to correct this? HELP please.

I'm having the same problem, but with Drum Racks in general. Are you by any chance using a Novation SL controller?

HI Matt

Thanks for your note.

Yes I have a Novation Controller - SL49 Compact.

The problem doesn't occur in Impulse or, as far as I can tell, anywhere else. It just seems to occur when using specific samples and Session Drums.
