How do you get something to 320 KBPS

Is it in the exporting process?

you're talking about an mp3 format, Live doesn't make mp3s.

Okay then when ever I convert it to mp3 on iTunes
it goes to 120

then change your settings in iTunes

Another great program to use is "Audacity." I think the default setting for mp3 conversion is 320kbps. The program is free and works great -- highly recommended! ;)
