Midex 8 problem

I checked all ins and outs of Midex 8 green in pref,..in session I want to enable Midex 1 and 2 outputs so I can hear my hardware play, but I dont see them listed,only 3,4,5,6,7,8,out is listed wich I don't use and I'm not planning to change cables, this is not normal...so anyone else with Midex 8 having this?
I contacted Ableton about this but all they say is restart, wel it didn't help ,the problem is still there.It happens when I get this error when starting the demo:


"Live's last program run was abnormally aborted while trying to open the MIDI device "Midex 8 1".This MIDI device will no longer be activated upon startup.In order to reactivate this device,please use Active Devices list in the MIDI/Sync Preferences."

so when I go to preferences ,all of the 8 ins-out are still checked green,altough Live can't open 1 ,2

Obviously Live can't open this device correctly i guess,..I dont have a problem with other software.. So ableton people I really dont know whats going on here,its unbelievable but so true,you wont get my money untill this is solved

I've tried the midex 8 with the live 4 demo on a pc.
The only "problem" i have is that i cant use midex port 8 for remote control. otherwise they all work fine.

I have no clue what it could be,only thing I know Midex 8 works fine in Cubase and FL so if it works there,why not in live??,..if I choose in preferences "remote control" output 1,2 I get an error also that the Midex 1,2 can't be opened,if I choose 3,4,5,6,7,8, its no problem,but thats not where my hardware is,and switching port is not what I want to do,maybe I'll need to do a format and see what happens after that,..thank god i have Reason and Cubase.

Ok just wanted to tell this problem is solved by formatting and reinstall of everything I have.
