"a serious problem has occured, live will shut down"
I'm so f*king tired of computers. Rebooted the computer only to find that live did that again upon startup and stays active in the task manager so I can't try to reopen.
thats what I get for staying with 8.0.1 I guess.
Figures... I have an idea and go sit down only find that mess. totally awesome.

AGGHHH!

btw, It sucks when live crashes, I feel ya. It totally breaks the inspirational flow for me as well. Eventually you spend browsing for solutions more than actually making music..

Computers are fine, you just have to use them in a non-retarded way.
i.e. in your case: don't sell your boutique analogue gear to fund being an early-adopter of an Ableton release.
4 yrs on the board, you should know better.
better luck next time
