I wasn't able to find anything that confirmed what the new Apple Net book will look like but many websites are hinting at
I'm not a fan of net books and the screen will only be 10" wide but I think live would be cool on one of these

Hmm good question. From what Ive read in the short time sinse i saw the picture, it doesn't look like I could find any details on the specs. I wasn't looking at it in a practical sense.
It just seemed like it would be fun.

Yeah all these rumours I think will have missed something. A tablet like the pic shown above would be pointless/useless. You would have to either always hold it in one hand or look straight down at it which is obviously no good for playing games/watching films which is rumoured to be the target audience. I have an ipod touch and the thing is made to be handheld so all the apps are designed accordingly. I don't think the apps would translate well to a 10" screen so you would have to wait for all the new apps to come out for the 10" (minor gripe). The biggie is the price: $600-800. If this translates to ~£600 then they are virtually at the pricepoint of a macbook.

Im guessing the first obvious spec will be SSD - so look at the current sizes of SSD Apple offer and then you may have an idea at what size hard drive you'll get, you can then work backwards and guess processor, ram etc.
Id guess:
-128GB solid-state drive
-1.8x Ghz processor
-2gb Ram

maybe, if it truly exists, it will push down the cost of the Lemur since I can see it having very similar functions (Super TouchOSC or whatnot)...

i think it's going to be pretty awesome, and it would make it much more feasible for me to buy at the lower price. also, most current netbooks have actually had pretty impressive specs, so hopefully this one won't be any different.
my only concern is about buying a first generation of anything from apple because they always get so much better within 1-2 years.
we are all bound to do what we want most.
