novation bass station vst

I am trying to do a program change in the Novation Bass Station. I have a clip but the program change goes only to 128. The Novation has more than 128 sounds. What is the Double Program change?
Ableton 7, Edirol PCR-M30 midi Controller, Yamaha EX7, Alesis SR16
