nanoKontrol mapping

Post by iammango » Wed Aug 12, 2009 10:30 pm

I've just got a nanoKontrol and I'm writing a UserConfiguration.txt.
I have a couple of questions.

Is it possible to map more than 8 channels? I'd like to put 1-8 on scene 1, 9-16 on scene 2 etc. so that there's some visual indication on the controller.
How do I map cue and track mute buttons?
How do I map the headphone volume?

If any of the above cant be done in a userconfig, can anyone point me towards the docs for the python controller mapping API that is used for the controller scripts shipped with live?

I base a lot of my projects on 'How much I make an hour' at work. Time value.
I find programming controllers as a chore rather than fun.
If I spend 3 hours of my time figuring out, and reprogramming a controller, that's $120 of my time spent. So it was a godsend when I found this little $20 midi-translator to use between Live and nanoKontrol...
