It's actually pronounced Machinerizer.

Not sure myself, but I think in a few of the NI videos, the demonstrators say it like MAH SHEEN EH. Must be the German pronunciation?

Well look at that. Apparently it's supposed to be "machin-uh" according to the developers. I guess the American NI folk say it wrong.
