If I exit Live and then restart it, I get a message that "another Rewire process is running, and Rewire functionality will not be available until you shut down the process" (or something like it).
In my Task Manager I see that it is actually Live that is still running. Right-clicking on the process to end it does not stop it. It doesn't take up any processor capacity, but gobbles up about 450 megs of my RAM.
The only way to fix it seems to be a reboot.
