Kid606's studio pics...pretty cool

Post by john doe by choice » Sat Aug 22, 2009 3:12 am

these are from his facebook page...I'm thinking I've seen a pic of his workspace when it's been a little less organized and a bunch more random stuff, but that's been a few years. Anyway, definitely a nice setup.

Nah, it's a nod to a favorite film - I wish I had all of Kid606's gear. Funny you should mention the "alias" thing, out of all of the artists out there that are as prolific and well reputed as Kid606, they all have 500 monikers, and as far as I know, he only has one.

That has to be the groan-worthiest, nerdiest quote I've read in weeks.

Impressive.

And genius. No, no I don't mean the synths. He has a producer's ultimate weapon there - the most important part of any working musician's studio!

If he's attacked by synth-thieves in the night, he can throw the cactus at them. And follow up with a shoryuken!

The most important part of his studio: the treatment - 4 cacti and a crate of ale.

I almost didn't post it. But I'm sure everyone's VST plugin folder is a mess, no?

I like the electric guitar. Is that a SG from the early 70's. It looks really similar to my SG II.

could you do something interesting, please? You're boring the shit out of all of us. I mean, yeah, bounce doesn't even have the brains to start a troll thread like you have, but but being a better retarded douche is still boring. Do something interesting besides rookie troll shit, or go away.

bah - can this miraculous combination of M4L and an APC perform fellatio on you, too?

I'm not a fan of kid606 also. All that gear in the pic gone to waste in my opinion.
