Sorry if I missed the answer to this somewhere else. Does Ableton have a recommended "optimal" desktop PC system configuration for Live 8? While I'm sure bigger and faster are generally better, I thought maybe there might be actual specific recommendations. In other words, if I could create a desktop PC from scratch, what type of processor, RAM and hard-drive would be the best/optimum? Intel, AMD, Quad-Core, Hyper-Threading, Bus speed, Cache, Velociraptor (hard drive speed/type), ect. etc.???
