Nudge - Slip - Slide Audio.... To align Phase
I'm sure this can be done, but for the life of me I can't figure out the best method to nudge audio.
A few ms can help align some tracks for phase reasons.
Any tips?
Thanks!

Open the "track delay" option on the far right (by i/o, sends, returns, etc.) in session view. A little box will pop up under each track (if in session view), or to the far right of each track (in arrangement). then just type in an increment (.5 ms) and click the up arrow or down arrow until it sounds about right. I do it quite often when recording drums. Sometimes I zoom in on the waveforms and try to match each track to the Overheads, but usually I just phase invert at the mixing board on the way in, or I open "track delays" and nudge each one until it sounds about right.
Or use the Utility plugin and invert the phase.
Also: Hi Erik.
I haven't been on TapeOp in a while.

or hit command 4 (if your on pc I guess ctrl 4?) - the grid is disabled, you zoom in and nudge your tracks precisely.
It took me a while to discover the "disable grid" functionality..![Rolling Eyes ](./images/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif)

Right on folks!
Those suggestions were just what I was looking for.
I wish there was a plugin (VST or AU) like this one.

Just as a further follow up.
Using the Track Delay seems to work the best. Additionally, tech support hipped me to this feature:
You can hold SHIFT which nudges in 0.1 ms steps. You can also click the "ms" button to set it to "smp" which allows more precise edits.
Very nice.
Thanks again.
