*Live errors and closes when dragging sample into drum kit?

Hey guys, I've got a little problem that maybe one of you might know how to fix. For whatever reason, recently my Live 7 started crashing whenever I drag a sample (from the browser into a drum rack cell. It will tell me "Live has encountered a serious problem. Live will close as soon as ok is pressed." But the thing is, I can drag the sample file into session view, arrangement view, or into sampler/simpler and it won't error; further, from there I can drag the clip in session view or the sampler instrument with my sample into a drum kit cell and it won't error. It only seems to be dragging it from the browser into the drum kit cells that cause live to crash. Any ideas what is causing this? Thanks guys
