[ddg] deleting device while editing means you no longer save
If you load a device into a track, then start editing, and now say by accident delete the track the device is on or delete the device, it prompts you to save the device. If you click cancel (say you didnt want to delete the track at all) the device is still deleted and you are no longer able to save the device. Clicking file save/save as does nothing, only way to close the patch is to hit dont save.
