Arming global rec and playing with one keyboard command?

Is there any keyboard shortcut to both arm the global rec AND hit play at the same time (instead of first hitting CTRL-F9 to arm the global rec AND then hitting space bar to play/rec)? Would save a lot of time.

In other words: how to record to armed tracks with one keypress?

(Make sure to turn off Computer MIDI Keyboard under Options first)
Go into Keyboard Map mode, and you can assign Global Record and Play to the same key.

(I'd assign it to "R" )
