L4 Crashes on MIDI to

How to reproduce:

Create a new set and add a third midi track.
Choose MIDI to on the first midi track to 5-MIDI.
Choose MIDI to on the second midi track to 5-MIDI.
A crash occurs when MIDI to on the third midi track is choosen to either 4-MIDI or 3-MIDI.

The crash occurs in 4.0.1 aswell.

Thanks for reporting. That is true. It makes not much sense to do so, but it should not happen.
