How do you bleed 2 songs together!

Post by danny2sday » Mon Oct 12, 2009 5:30 am

I have a song that the ending of it has feed back noises, and it is also the intro of another song, so i am wanting to bleed the two songs together, but as soon as you reneder the two songs seperately and burn them on the disc, they have a quick skip between them and it ruins the cool effect i am going for! How can i render the two songs together, but make them seperate tracks so the transition is smooth from the one track to the next?

RTFM on your cd burning software :D
and check that your songs have no silence in the beginning or end

I 'm not sure if I understand up fully but check this.

Say Im doing a studio mix that is an hour long and I want it on a CD so i can skip thur the track one by one and also have it play back without pause between songs.

I do the mix in ableton and export it to the desktop. I drop it in a program like Toast and set the track points and burn the CD.

That the quick version as there are things you need to do in Live and in Toast to make it work properly but thats the idea behind it anyway. but yeah I learned all that from the two manuals.

Works awesome for me.

Hope that whats your looking for.
