apc 40-lightshow mode-how to switch back?

Hi,
it seems like my little son pressed a combination of buttons
and now my apc is in this lightshow mode when the led's run
down like snake!
How can i switch back to user mode?

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Yes i turned it on and off but it's always in this snake lightshow mode!

mine always just goes away after i turn it off and on and or loading live...

my son pulled the usb cable out of my computer.

Hi,
I can't get my APC40 to go in lightshow mode. I've left it on without loading Live, which I thought was the way it got into that mode, but not on mine? Anyone know?

^^ Aha! Plug *in* the USB cable, then? Makes sense! Cable unplugged = no light show. Cable plugged = light show.

Not sure how this works with the APC, but with the LP: If I plug it straight into the computer when it's on, no lightshow, if I plug it straight in when the computers not on I believe I get a light show.. If I plug it into my powered USB hub, and it is NOT plugged into the computer yet, lightshow, but as soon as the HUB goes into the computer it stops..

Just don't plug in the USB cable to anything and wait a minute.

I wish you could also enable it while usb was plugged in, the way the Korg kontrolPad used to have those patterns while it was idle.
