Warping clips??? Helppp!!

I'm trying to sync up an acapella track with an instrumental so I can record it as a remix. However, it's warped totally wrong. I can't get it to sync up with the beat. Also, when I'm doing a live dj set, I want all the bass drums hits and whatnot to sync up when I crossfade down the setlist and add samples etc. I don't know what to do.

Yeah, uhmmm you should hone yourskills on warping problem to avoid disappointing results. suggest you perhaps watch a few tutorial videos?!? maybe youtube?
