garageband sounds in Live? resampling?

Hi,

i like a particular sound in Garageband, but to my understanding it is not possible to get that sound in Live easily.
correct me if i am wrong.

i tried Samplit to sample the sound but for some reason i cant get it to work right.
What is a good way to get my Garageband sound in Live. i need it to be a sample set , so i can play it in Live.

or export a recording of some audio from gb and open it in live,

So this sound is not an .aiff file that you can access in Lives browser? ie its original form is not an apple loop, but perhaps the sound from a GB instrument?

its a garageband instrument. not a loop.
i could record every note again and make my own samplelibrary of it.

i need it to be playable again in live. not just triggering once as a loop.
