missing instruments in 8.0.9 suite for OS X

Hi,

i just installed the live suite 8.0.9 for mac osx 10.6 on my new macbook.
everything went fine, but I miss the operator, sampler, analog, tension..
the library says they are installed.

I already tried installing it again..same problem!
does anyone know how to activate them?

Activation occurs when the unlock key is updated. This occurs when you access your Ableton website account from Live. The server reads what products you have and then generates a new key for Live to use.

Go to Live's preference panel, click on the user account licenses tab. Then follow the link that appears to www.ableton.com/authorize. It should take you to the website to login. after that the webpage will display a button to unlock...click it..and you are done !

that's what I tried several times.
it ends up on a page where it says that I have the latest version installed.
live itself shows a message that Live 8, Latin Percussion and Collision have been successfully authorized.
sampler, operator, analog etc. are still not visible in the instrument folder although they are listed in the preferences in library/live packs...
