Syncing Live Packs Between Machines

Another problem I'm having is that my desktop and laptop have different live packs installed, is there an automated way to sync the live packs? (I don't seem to even be able to cut and paste the list of installed live packs from the preferences to compare them...)

Is there a way to find the live pack that a missing sample lives in? That will tell me which live pack is missing on the laptop.
